Redemptions are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Redemption Limits:
- Redeem MINIMUM is currently $20 per transaction.
- Redeem MAXIMUM is currently $250 per DAY -OR- Three (3) redeems per day (not to exceed $250) –whichever comes first.

- Cash App* – You need a business Cash App account to redeem via Cash App. You may use a personal Cash App to send donations.

Transferring Funds between Gaming Systems
- We allow players to transfer funds between our gaming systems.
- The transfer maximum is $50.
A Note About Using Cash App
*Cash App has many restrictions, making it difficult to use reliably daily. We recommend you use another funding method. Our preferred option is using BananaCrystal or sending Bitcoin.

- Refunded payments are generally returned instantly to your Cash App balance if the funds were sent from your bank or Cash App balance. If the funds were sent from your credit card, the funds will be returned to that card. The refund may also return to your card if it can’t be returned to your Cash App balance. Refunds sent to a credit or debit card usually arrive within five business days
